SERVICE OFFERING

Eason has developed a framework that provides Prepaid Product Vouchers as a vending solution to amongst others, electricity suppliers and mobile cellular operators. Eason offer a virtual distribution switch to facilitate transactions between end consumers and suppliers. Eason aims to provide a national vending experience, with secure cash management, that is easily accessible to the man on the street. The principal is to provide a convenient, holistically managed independent vending infrastructure to service consumers that want prepaid services.
A Prepaid Product Voucher means
- a digital or physical sequence of digits that represents a volume of electrical power that can be consumed at a specific address generated using a set of keys and algorthm issued by a local, regional or national electricity distributor; or
- a digital or physical sequence of digits that represents units of time that can be loaded onto a communication account such as a mobile or fixed line telephone issued by the operator of a communication network; and or
- any other voucher for prepaid product offering that may form part of the basket of product offered by Eason.

RIGHT TO ASSIGN, WHOLE AGREEMENT & GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions (as amended in our discretion from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and EASON. No other terms shall prevail. No waiver or consensual cancellation shall be binding. No waiver shall constitute an estoppel. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and shall otherwise be severed, and the other provisions shall remain in force. These terms will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions. |

REFUND POLICY

| Should we in our sole discretion elect to refund you where an order has been cancelled by us, or by you with our consent, you shall be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your wish to cancel and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. |
PAYMENT OPTIONS

| All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax. EASON reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. |

The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.

Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. - The Merchant does not have access to credit details.
